James Carville, also known as “Ragin’ Cajun,” and perhaps best known for the role he played behind the scenes in Bill Clinton’s successful bid for the White House in 1992, will speak at Southern Arkansas University on September 9.
Carville’s speech is being presented by Farmers Bank & Trust and proceeds will benefit the SAU Foundation.

The Mulerider baseball team has received a $500,000 grant from the Willard and Pat Walker Charitable Foundation, Inc. based in Fayetteville.

MAGNOLIA, Ark. — The 18th annual Endowment Honor Wall Ceremony will be held along with the Honor Society Diner beginning at 6:45 p.m., Thursday October 18, inside the Foundation Hall of the Donald W. Reynolds Campus and Community Center at Southern Arkansas University.
The event begins with a social followed by dinner served at 7:15
