Sheila Boylan Parsons will teach a three-day workshop for all levels of watercolor experience Friday through Sunday, April 21-23, in the Teaching/Learning Center, located on the first floor of Magale Library on the campus of Southern Arkansas University.

The workshops will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. on Friday; 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday

SAU to offer bachelor of fine arts in graphic design and art »

Students interested in pursuing a career in art now have two new options.

Beginning in the fall of 2006, the Department of Art and Design at Southern Arkansas University, Magnolia, will begin offering two new degrees – a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design as well as a B.F.A. in studio-art.
